Rabobonden | Podcast series

In collaboration with Limelights and the Rabobonden, an association of trade unions for the employees of the Rabobank, we developed a podcast series and matching campaign. The aim of the campaign is to make employees aware of their position and to think actively about their career. 

Brief: Make Rabobank employees aware of the fact that their job at the Rabobank is not so secure as it used to be.
Idea: “Het Alternative” (The Alternative); a podcast series depicting (former) Rabobank employees who tell us what happened after they left the bank and started a new career outside the bank.
